By creating an account or using Reelist, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Reelist is a personal movie and TV tracking service that lets you create lists, discover where titles are streaming, and share your watchlists with others. It is provided free of charge, with no guarantees of uptime or data permanence.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide a valid email address and choose a display name that does not impersonate another person or violate anyone's rights. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.
You agree not to:
Your lists, display name, and avatar are yours. By using Reelist, you grant us a non-exclusive license to store and display that content solely to operate the service. We will not sell your content to third parties.
Movie metadata, posters, and streaming availability are sourced from TMDB and OMDB. Reelist is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for the accuracy of data from those services. Streaming availability may be delayed or inaccurate.
Reelist is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data, service interruptions, or damages arising from your use of the service. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using Reelist and delete your account.
You may delete your account at any time from your settings page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your data will be removed from our systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
